Privacy Policy

SharpFish Analytics is a data analytics and market-intelligence service.

SharpFish Analytics is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, betting exchange, bookmaker, or wager-placement service. SharpFish does not accept wagers, hold wagering funds, or place bets on behalf of users.

This Privacy Policy describes information handled by SOMA EdTech LLC when you visit SharpFish, create or use an account, manage a membership, connect Telegram, or otherwise interact with the service. It does not govern a third-party sportsbook or another service you choose to use independently.

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of SharpFish, and limited information received from service providers that operate the platform.

• Account data: email address, name, state, authentication and account identifiers, email-verification status, profile information, and session-related records.
• Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, Checkout attempt records, subscription state, entitlement state, transaction or billing status, paid-through dates, and related billing-event history. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored directly by SharpFish.
• Telegram data: Telegram numeric user and chat identifiers, username or display metadata supplied by Telegram, connection state, and delivery status when you choose to connect Telegram.
• Technical data: IP or network metadata processed or generated by hosting and security services, browser or device information, request and application logs, timestamps, error records, and security or audit events.
• Service activity: account actions, membership status, entitlement checks, alert-delivery records, platform interactions needed to operate the service, and support context you choose to provide.

SharpFish does not need your sportsbook username, sportsbook password, or access to a sportsbook account. Do not provide sportsbook credentials, payment-card details, passwords, one-time authentication links, or other secrets through SharpFish support channels.

SharpFish uses information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure customer accounts.
• Provide subscriptions, process billing, reconcile payment events, and manage central SharpFish entitlements.
• Connect accounts to Telegram and deliver optional SharpFish Market Alerts.
• Operate, monitor, diagnose, and improve the platform and investigate outages or errors.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
• Communicate transactional service, security, account, and billing information.
• Comply with applicable law and protect the rights and safety of users, SharpFish, and others.

SharpFish uses service providers to operate the platform. They process information for their respective functions under their own terms and privacy practices.

• Stripe provides hosted payment processing, subscription billing, and customer billing-management services.
• Supabase provides authentication and database services.
• Firebase and Google Cloud provide application hosting, infrastructure, logging, and security-related services.
• Telegram provides optional Market Alert messaging and supplies Telegram account metadata when you connect it.
• Hostinger provides current SharpFish domain email services where applicable.

SharpFish does not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed for them to provide the functions described above; when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; to protect rights, security, and platform integrity; or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

The use of a service provider’s name does not mean that provider sponsors or endorses SharpFish.

SharpFish uses session cookies and similar essential browser storage to authenticate users, maintain account sessions, protect requests, and operate the site. SharpFish does not currently describe or rely on a broad third-party behavioral-advertising program in this Policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, maintain financial and subscription history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and context. A deletion request may not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

SharpFish uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. Access to sensitive billing and entitlement mutations is restricted to server authority, and payment-card collection is delegated to Stripe-hosted Checkout. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about account and privacy practices. Use the SharpFish Help Center to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

You can disconnect Telegram through available account controls and manage subscription billing through the SharpFish account experience and Stripe Customer Portal. Transactional or security communications may still be necessary while an account remains active.

SharpFish is designed for people who have legal capacity to use a subscription data service. If you lack that capacity, do not create an account. SharpFish provides data analytics and market intelligence. If you independently choose to wager through a third party, you are responsible for complying with applicable law and maintaining responsible behavior.

We may update this Policy as SharpFish, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The page will identify the effective date. When appropriate, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
