Direct answer

Pick’em, often shown as PK or 0, is a point spread with no handicap. Neither team receives points. The selected team generally must finish ahead for the spread ticket to win.

Why the price still matters

PK describes the spread. The attached -110 describes the price. A sportsbook could offer Buffalo PK (-105) while another shows Buffalo PK (-115), so read the complete quote.

Common mistake

A pick’em spread is not the same as a weekly pick’em pool. One is a sportsbook market with a 0-point handicap; the other is a contest format.
