Classification
Cross-book divergence

Governed Panthers–Eagles observations. The range reports disagreement; it does not establish why books differed.

What changed

The earlier spread range was zero. The later range was three points and crossed pick’em, so sportsbooks disagreed about which team should carry the negative spread. Attached prices also differed within the later snapshot.

Why the observation matters

A single consensus number would hide the distribution. The sportsbook identity, spread, price and timestamp show whether “the line” describes an available quote or only a summary.

What it does not prove

This is a comparison of two cross-book snapshots. It does not show one sportsbook moving through every intermediate number, identify a cause, measure betting percentages or predict the game result.
